We present to you the TOP 10 games that, in our opinion, stand out with their visuals. Importantly, the list also includes those that will draw you as much into the game as in the ticking of effective screenshots. There will certainly be something to hang your eye on. The Metro series emerged from its dark tunnels of the Moscow metro and entered the slightly less overwhelming but equally atmospheric surface above it. Of course, Exodus does not avoid tight spots, but even they look amazing.
4A Games not only released a great game, it also guaranteed fans of beautiful graphics a real treat. The open and dilapidated locations look very good and this is definitely one of the prettiest first-person shooters on the market.
Despite two years on the back of the neck, Metro Exodus still looks beautiful today. It will only get better, because the game has been updated (or will soon be available on consoles). Nothing but download and admire.
Resident Evil Village
This is probably the youngest participant of this top. Resident Evil Village has just hit the players and makes an electrifying first impression. Survival horror from Capcom uses the RE Engine, which has probably never let players down. The game looks great and also works surprisingly well even on slightly weaker hardware.
The first launch of Control was a minor shock for me. Not because the twisted storyline embarrassed me, but rather because I realized one important thing.
This title shows that a cute game does not have to offer fancy and unusual locations. Paradoxically, walking around clean, hermetic and theoretically quite boring offices made me appreciate the artistry of Remedy graphic designers more and more.
One of the first PlayStation 5 games couldn’t look bad. Housemarque’s work is surprisingly nice considering that it was made up of a fairly small studio that previously worked on relatively small projects.
Microsoft Flight Simulator
As in the case of Control, also here we will find a real feast for the eyes of people who do not care about showy. Microsoft Flight Simulator is the game that is probably closest to photorealism right now. Of course, in MFS you will not find super detailed and extensive locations and a lot of objects on the screen, but at times it makes an electrifying impression.
Ori and the Will of the Wisps
After all, the most beautiful games on the market do not have to be close to photorealism. Ori and the Will of the Wisps is living proof of this.
This is one of those games where each screenshot can easily become your new wallpaper. In my opinion, this is the most beautiful game on the market when it comes to 2D graphics and I think many people will share my opinion. It is difficult for me to recall a title that could compete with Ori in this category.
The Last of Us Part II
Naughty Dog are true magicians. On the occasion of the first The Last of Us, they squeezed the last drops of power from PlayStation 3 and served players the most beautiful game of the generation. It was similar with The Last of Us Part II on PS4, although here each ranking of the most beautiful games of the last few years is very subjective.
We are talking about Cyberpunk 2077, which shows a claw on powerful equipment. Aside from purely technical issues, CD PROJEKT RED has done an impressive job. It makes the bigger impression the more we delve into Night City.
Red Dead Redemption 2
Empty and very open western locations can’t look divine, said no one who played Red Dead Redemption 2.
As with Naughty Dog, Rockstar Games set the bar incredibly high in terms of graphics. The almost abstract attention to detail and the beautiful setting make the world of the falling into oblivion Wild West traverses with undisguised pleasure.
Ghost of Tsushima
I am not exaggerating to say that I have not taken so many screenshots in any other game. Virtual Tsushima is phenomenal, it looks fabulous, and at the same time gives the impression of an authentic land invaded by barbarians.
